Nitae Project

Nitae is the name of the most courageous and romantic project of Dora Sarchese Winery. It comes from the selection of ancient and rare plants of Montepulciano d’Abruzzo planted in a small and darling plot of our family. This tiny vineyard, made up of only a thousand vines arranged to form a compass rose, is lovingly cured without any mechanical aid. From these special bunches we produce a special wine, bottled in a few precious bottles.
